This document establishes the general conditions of use of this website (www.albisabores.pt) and the purchase of the products in its Online Shop, concretized by its Users.
Object
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between ALBISABORES, Importação e Exportação de Produtos Alimentares Unipessoal, Lda. Headquartered in Castelo Branco, fiscal identification number 508 282 330 hereinafter referred to as "Albisabores, Lda" and persons wishing to visit and make purchases from the website www.albisabores.pt, hereinafter referred to as "User".
Albisabores, Lda recommends a careful reading of the Conditions before using this Website, once the User when placing their order, submits to the provisions in these conditions.
Albisabores, Lda warrants that the User, upon completing the ordering of the products, will confirm that he has read and accepted these Conditions, which may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
The periodic reading of the Conditions is a responsibility of the User as the current Conditions of this Website will always be applicable at any time.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Access to the Website is free of charge and does not require the prior subscription or registration of the User.
Albisabores, Lda undertakes to use the personal data provided by Users only for purposes associated with the Online Store and not for any other purpose other than the object of its services.
The customer may omit or stop communicating any data or personal information that are not absolutely necessary for the purchase.
All Users have the right to access, rectify, change or delete their data, and can do so through the following e-mail geral@albisabores.pt.

USING OUR WEBSITE 
By using our Website and / or shopping in our Online Shop, the User undertakes to:
- Use for fully valid consultations or orders.
- Do not make false or fraudulent orders / purchases.
If Albisabores, Lda considers that such an order could have been made, it is automatically authorized to cancel the order and inform the competent authorities.
- Must have more than 18 years
Albisabores, Lda reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the site without prior notice to Users who do not comply with these legal notices or our Conditions.

ONLINE ORDERING
To make a purchase in our Online Shop, the User must access our website.
You can place your order by selecting the products you want and their quantities, and you must follow all the steps indicated so that the order is completed successfully.
To formalize your order, the User must register the necessary personal data, in a real way, in order to be able to carry out the same.
The validation of the purchase order assumes that the customer has been informed and accepts the general conditions of hiring and using the Website / Online Shop, before selecting the "Order" option.
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE 
Items on sale in the Online Shop are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of a stock breach, temporary or permanent, the customer will be duly advised and being suggested an alternative of products with similar characteristics and of equal value.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Upon completion of the purchase, the User will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order. In this email the User will also receive the necessary data to make the payment according to the chosen method.
Once your order is paid, you'll receive a new email with payment information successfully completed.

PRICES OF ARTICLES 
The prices of the products are indicated in € (euros) and include the VAT at the legal rate in force.
Albisabores, Lda reserves the right at any time to modify the prices of the products offered on its Website.
At the time of purchase, the User will always have the current price of the respective products. 

PAYMENT
The Online Store of Albisabores, Lda makes available to Users the following payment alternatives:
• Payment by ATM - The User will receive an email with data of Entity, Reference and Value, so that you can proceed with the payment of your order.

• Bank transfer
In case you prefer to pay your order by Bank Transfer, the User must use the bank details of Albisabores, Lda, below:
- Bank: Millennium BCP
- IBAN: PT50 0033 0000 4535 1514 831 05

When making this payment you must always indicate your order number. In the absence of this element, any delay in the processing of your order and / or shipment of products will be exclusively attributable to you.


SHIPPING FEATURES 
This value is in the "Order Summary", associated to the "Value in Basket".
The amounts shown apply to orders shipped to Continental Portugal. The values associated with orders to be sent to other destinations require cost analysis.

DELIVERY
Orders are only accepted and sent after validated and confirmed the collection of the order values.

DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF THE ACQUIRED PRODUCT
The period starts from the moment Albisabores, Lda receives the value of the order into account, bequeathing everything as Ok, we expect a delivery time of 3 to 5 days.
The same may also be dependent on the availability of products in stock.
Albisabores, Lda may not guarantee these terms in periods of, Christmas and stock breach.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Deliveries between 6pm and 9pm (Monday to Friday): increase of 25% to the list prices.
Deliveries to Saturday between 9am and 1pm: 30% increase to list prices.
In case the customer is not available to receive the order, will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a new delivery.
Orders when received by the customer, should be examined. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it to the carrier, justifying the reason for the return in the delivery note and inform Albisabores immediately. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Albisabores, Lda is responsible for the delivery of the products in good condition and is available to meet any complaint.
In the event of orders that are not delivered in conditions, the customer must inform the carrier and send an email to geral@albisabores.pt, stating the subject, in order to assess the situation as soon as possible. 
Albisabores, Lda will analyze the nonconformity of the products and reserves the right to grant or not to grant the complaint according to the results of the analysis.
In cases of non-compliance, Albisabores, Lda undertakes to give a customer credit equal to the value of the product, which may be used to purchase any other product available in the Online Store.



CANCELLATION AND RETURNS: 
In case the customer wishes to cancel or return the order, you must contact Albisabores, Lda immediately through the e-mail geral@albisabores.pt specifying the subject as well as the reason for the cancellation or return.
In case of cancellation, the customer has until 24h after payment is made to request the cancellation of the order (after this period the order may have already been shipped, it will be treated as a return).
In the case of returns, the customer will receive an email with information on the procedures to be adopted to make the return, which must be carried out within the legal deadline of 14 days after the receipt of the order.
Albisabores, Lda reserves the right to accept only the return of products that are in due conditions.

The consumer has the right of free resolution in the following terms:
In distance contracts, the consumer has a minimum period of 14 days, from the reception of the goods, to terminate the contract, without payment of compensation and without having to indicate the reason, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to communicate this will. The price of the goods will be refunded to the consumer, within a maximum of 30 days, deducted from the return costs. The goods must be returned under proper conditions of use (including the original packaging).
